ARE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS?
During the week before Labour Day we had a family gathering at the cottage. On two separate days our grand children went down to the lake to swim and this is what faced them. There were no boats or waves at the time and the lake was as calm as a mill pond. This is most definitely someone's grey water and it is very annoying to say the least. Would you want you grand children swimming in someone else's soap sud?
